Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Chelmsford area. This role involves providing essential assistance and guidance to a young man in his own home and out in the community. This young man is partially sighted so will need someone dedicated and patient to ensure his safety and wellbeing.
Hours: 12 hours per week, 3 days per week spread over Monday to Sunday
Duties
- Assist with daily activities, including long walks, boxing and horseriding.
- Ensure safety in and out of the home.
- Build a supportive relationship with the client
- Provide companionship and peer support
- Maintain accurate records of progress and any concerns or incidents
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment at all times
For this role we are looking for a driver with business insurance in order to escourt the gentleman to and from horseriding.
Pay: £13.15 per hour
