Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Saturday Viewing Assistant to join our dynamic estate agency team. In this role, you will be the friendly face welcoming prospective buyers and tenants during weekend viewings of properties. Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide them with detailed information about the properties being viewed
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings in collaboration with the sales team
- Answer client questions accurately and provide clear guidance on property features and local amenities
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the viewing environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collect feedback from clients after viewings to assist the team with follow-up actions
- Support administrative tasks such as updating viewing schedules, recording client details, and business generation
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude is key
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple viewings efficiently
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently on Saturdays, demonstrating reliability and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of real estate or property management is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Full UK driving license and access to your own car
