We are a convenience store and post office located within Leith, Edinburgh. We are a busy post office at the heart of our community and pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers, providing a positive, helpful experience every time they visit our store.
We are a family owned business and are looking for one part time enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our existing team.
The Role
We have a position available 21 hours per week. 11:00-6:00, 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Serving of customers - both on the shop and post office side of the business
- Advising customers on the best products and services for their requirements
- Building of strong customer relationships
- Stock replenishment
- Maintaining a clean and tidy shop
- Following strict security procedures
- Daily health and safety checks
- Embracing and supporting change
- Being mindful of costs and wastage
- Working with colleagues to ensure a happy and engaging workplace
