Delivery Driver / Warehouse OperativeLocation: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour (£12.75 per hour during probation)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our growing team in Daventry.This is a varied role that combines customer-facing deliveries with warehouse duties. You will be responsible for delivering food and drink products to schools, colleges, and workplace canteens, while also supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage products safely and efficiently to customer locations. Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Assist with warehouse replenishment and stock organisation.
- Clean, repack, and process damaged stock.
- Repackage multipack confectionery products.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a demanding environment.
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.
- The cost of the DBS check will be covered by the company.

- Starting rate of £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.00 per hour after successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
