Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are fresh and available
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards within the kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service
- Serve food to customers in a professional and courteous manner when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, ideally within a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Experience in meal preparation, with an eye for detail and presentation skills
- Previous restaurant experience is desirable but not essential; a genuine passion for culinary arts is required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, with reliable punctuality and professionalism
