Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas thoroughly, following established protocols.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are spotless and organized.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and remove trash to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred to understand guest expectations.
- Strong janitorial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure every corner is spotless and well-maintained.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service at all times.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
