Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi Trader to join our construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades across various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. Your expertise will contribute directly to the successful delivery of diverse building, repair, and refurbishment tasks. Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door and window installation, and general woodwork repairs.
- Kitchen and Bathroom installations to a high standard
- Conduct roofing work such as patching, sealing, and installing new roof components to ensure weatherproofing and durability.
- Carry out construction painting to prepare surfaces, apply finishes, and maintain aesthetic standards.
- Install and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage solutions.
- Fitting bathroom suites start to finish including all plumbing work.
- Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry.
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and power tools proficiently across different projects.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications accurately.

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
