The Berkshire Golf Club is seeking a professional, well-presented and personable individual to join our team as a Locker Room Attendant.
Recognised as one of the leading golf clubs in the United Kingdom, The Berkshire is renowned for the quality of its courses, clubhouse and service. This role is an important part of maintaining the high standards expected by our Members and guests, ensuring our locker room and changing facilities are presented to an exceptional standard at all times.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys delivering first-class service in a member-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the Men's locker rooms, changing facilities and washrooms.
- Conducting regular facility checks to ensure all areas remain clean, safe and fully operational.
- Replenishing towels, toiletries and other amenities throughout the day.
- Ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standard at all times.
- Providing a warm, professional and discreet service to Members and guests.
- Assisting with member enquiries and requests where required.
- Supporting the wider Front of House operation during busy periods.
- Helping to create a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout the Club.

Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, customer service or a similar role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
