We are seeking a professional and personable Nightclub Entry Assistant to join our vibrant venue. Duties
- Greet guests courteously as they arrive at the nightclub, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Verify guest IDs to ensure compliance with legal age requirements and venue policies
- Manage guest list entries efficiently, maintaining organisation during busy periods
- Enforce dress code and behaviour standards to uphold the venue’s reputation
- Assist with crowd control and monitor guest behaviour to ensure safety and security
- Collaborate with management and security teams to address any issues swiftly and professionally
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and offering assistance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness at the entrance area, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance
Experience
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Knowledge of safety procedures and conflict resolution techniques
- Experience working in nightlife or entertainment venues is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
