We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who can turn sales data into clear, practical insights. You will work closely with sales, account management, marketing and senior stakeholders to improve processes, maintain reporting systems and support revenue growth.
This is a hands-on mid-level position for someone who enjoys working with data, solving operational problems and helping commercial teams perform more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales activity, pipeline performance, conversion rates, revenue and team productivity.
Data Analysis:
Review sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records within the customer relationship management system and support users with data quality and reporting requirements.
Sales Forecasting:
Support the preparation of sales forecasts, pipeline reviews and revenue projections.
Process Improvement:
Review existing sales processes and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency, consistency and reporting accuracy.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators and provide clear insights to sales managers and account management teams.
Dashboard Development:
Create and maintain dashboards that provide stakeholders with an accurate view of sales performance.
Cross Functional Support:
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance and client services teams to ensure data and reporting requirements are aligned.
Documentation:
Maintain sales operations procedures, reporting guides and system documentation.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present findings and recommendations clearly to managers and internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial analysis, business analysis, revenue operations or a similar role.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify patterns and communicate practical recommendations.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation and reporting functions.
CRM Experience:
Experience using a customer relationship management platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or a similar system.
Reporting Tools:
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or another business intelligence platform would be advantageous.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to explain data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organisation:
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage several reports, deadlines and stakeholder requests at the same time.
Problem Solving:
A practical and proactive approach to identifying issues and improving sales processes.
Education:
A degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, economics, data analysis or a related field is preferred.
Mindset:
You are commercially aware, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You understand that accurate data and efficient processes are essential to a successful sales team.
Pay: £34,188.00-£36,000.00 per year
