Konnect Recruit are looking for multiple CPCS/NPORS Traffic marshall's in Derby. to start over the next few weeks.

Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles and pedestrians to designated areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Control access points and monitor entry and exit of site vehicles and personnel
- Assist with the organisation of deliveries, collections, and site logistics
- Conduct routine inspections of traffic management equipment and signage, reporting any maintenance needs
- Maintain clear communication with site managers, drivers, and other personnel to coordinate movements effectively
- Enforce site safety rules and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support in maintaining a tidy and organised traffic management area
Skills
- Strong management skills to oversee vehicle flow and pedestrian safety effectively
- Good communication skills for clear instructions and coordination with team members and external visitors
- Basic maintenance knowledge to identify when equipment or signage requires attention or repair
- Valid driving licence to operate site vehicles or lorries when necessary
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle potentially stressful situations professionally
- Organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure safety standards are consistently met
