Man Tsuen Ho's Restaurant is a family-run Chinese restaurant looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to become an essential part of our busy kitchen team based in Liverpool Chinatown.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen areas
- Washing and ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes, cutlery and utensils
- Assisting with stock deliveries and ensuring supplies are stored correctly
- Keeping kitchen workstations clean, organised and ready for service
- Managing waste disposal and recycling in accordance with food safety regulations
- Working with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a restaurant
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
