We're looking for an experienced and motivated Small Works Contracts Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing multiple small works projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of small works contracts from start to finish.
- Prepare quotations, schedules, and project plans.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
- Carry out site visits and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Control project costs and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
About You:
- Previous experience managing small works or construction contracts.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with project management software is an advantage).
