Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the manager and assistant manager to provide the support with consistently delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
- A positive personality with an upbeat can do attitude to be the support link between the junior team and management teams.
-Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle credit card transactions accurately
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Maintain a clean and organised front of house areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Running mid-week shifts.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Perfect for someone who is looking to step up into a managers role
Hours:
-Hours flexible
-Minimum 35 hours per week
-Can be full time 42 to 50 hours per week.
- 3 days off
- Rolling Rota
