The role is responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day operation, maintenance, and presentation of the park, ensuring high standards of safety compliance, and guest experience are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and reactive maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and planned maintenance across park buildings, accommodation, infrastructure, grounds, facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
- Maintain external areas, including grass, trees, planting, fencing, touring areas, and guest spaces, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and well presented.
- Identify, report, and address maintenance issues and hazards promptly, escalating specialist work where required.
- Complete safety and compliance checks, including fire-point inspections, and maintain accurate records.
- Work safely and in accordance with company policies, Health & Safety legislation, and Hoburne standards.
- Support and monitor contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard.
- Assist with caravan movements, park projects, waste management, and other operational activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management, attend required meetings and training, and undertake other reasonable duties as needed.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays.
