Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Take and accurately relay customer orders, offering menu recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Manage till transactions accurately and handle payments efficiently
- Support team members during busy periods by multitasking effectively and managing time efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a strong focus on real hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and hygiene
- Experience in serving customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items confidently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members effectively

Pay: £12.71-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week
