We are recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a night shift warehouse operation in Watling Park. This is an on-site role within a fast-paced logistics environment, supporting the safe and efficient movement of palletised goods.
This position is suitable for individuals with previous warehouse and FLT experience who value safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance forklifts to load and unload palletised freight safely
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring correct handling of goods
- Stack and store materials correctly in designated warehouse areas
- Carry out manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting where required
- Conduct daily equipment and safety checks
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Pallet network experience (advantageous)
- Experience using scanning equipment
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Good numeracy skills
- Physically fit and able to work night shifts
