Norcot is a small, welcoming home supporting eight adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
We’re looking for kind, patient and enthusiastic people to join our team.
Every day is different, and you’ll be helping residents with personal care, household tasks, medication, appointments, and making their day meaningful.
We have 18 - 24hour contract's available, this is shifts across days, nights and weekends. Sleep ins are required.
Pay is £12.71 per hour.
Sleep‑ins are paid at £63.
On occasions where staffing is safely reduced due to resident capacity or presentation, staff are paid £19.06 per hour.
