What you'll be doing:
- Lead shifts to ensure efficient and smooth workflow
- Support and mentor team members to maintain our high service standards
- Oversee and manage day to day operations and inventory control
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation of counters, equipment and general environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene and first aid
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Operate the till, handle transactions and cashing up
- Step in and help out with coffee should you have barista experience.
What you'll need to bring:
- Experience as a manager/team leader/supervisor in hospitality is essential
- Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills plus a positive 'can do' attitude
- A positive and pro active approach with a sense of pride in what you do
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Barista skills preferred but not essential
