Finance & Accounts Executive – Luxury Yachting
Salary: £39,000–£48,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Mayfair, London
Working pattern: Full-time, Monday–Friday, office-based
The Opportunity
Tureddi Yachts is an Italian luxury yacht brand establishing its new London headquarters in Mayfair. With operations spanning the UK and Italy, we are expanding our London team as the business enters an important stage of international growth.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Finance & Accounts Executive to take responsibility for the day-to-day financial administration of our UK operations.
Based at our Mayfair headquarters and working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial processes, managing the flow of financial information and supporting coordination between our UK and Italian operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing and processing invoices, supplier payments and other transactions
- Completing bank reconciliations and supporting month-end reporting
- Assisting with VAT returns, compliance and financial documentation
- Coordinating with colleagues in Italy on cross-border financial information and consolidated reporting
- Managing finance-related communication with suppliers and external service providers
- Maintaining organised records of invoices, payments, contracts and supporting documentation
- Supporting the CFO with reporting, financial planning and analysis
- Helping develop efficient financial processes as the London operation continues to grow
What We're Looking For
You will be comfortable taking ownership of your work and operating in a professional, entrepreneurial environment where accuracy, discretion and organisation are essential.
Ideally, you will have:
- 2–3+ years' experience within accounting, finance or a comparable role
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, part-qualification, or equivalent experience
- Strong bookkeeping, reconciliation and financial administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach
- The confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with senior management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience working across UK and European or international operations would be an advantage
Experience within luxury, yachting, marine, UHNW, family office or another internationally focused business would be beneficial, but is not essential.
