We are looking for a caring, kind and hardworking Health Care Support Worker to join our in-house care team. This is a full-time 24/7 shift role, including long days and nights, supporting children and young people with complex, palliative and end of life care needs.
You will work as part of the wider care team to provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care in line with agreed care plans.

About You
You may already have experience in health or social care, ideally with children, young people or people with complex needs. You will have good communication and organisational skills, basic IT skills, and the ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 rota.
