BasketsGalore is an online Gift Basket & Hamper Company based in Bangor, Co Down. We are looking for a Digital Dynamo to join our team to assist with the running of a busy e-commerce company/digital agency.
Excellent opportunity to join a fast paced office on a 6 month trial basis, with a view to becoming permanent. Working hours would be 4 days per week, except in December when a 5 day minimum is required.

A Hybrid Company With Dual Roles**:
This is a dual role combining the 2 different sides of the business, our E-commerce Company and our Digital Agency.
For the majority of the time you will be assisting with the digital side of the Company, involving research, statistics, basic coding, video creation, captioning, copywriting and AI.
Then in the final quarter of the year our focus turns to the e-commerce side of the business, as we prepare for the busy Christmas period. This involves prepping and maintaining the websites, sales, order processing and customer service (Extra hours - weekends and evenings essential in Nov/Dec.)
BasketsGalore are happy to speak to graduates who have graduated within the last 3 years or undergraduates expecting to graduate in Summer 2026. The programme will begin in August-Mid September.
What you’ll bring to the role** -
Essential:**
Good standard of secondary education with high degrees of numeracy and literacy
Proficient in the use of computers
Experience with Adobe, DaVinic
Attention to detail - for copywriting/data inputting
Evidence of well developed organisational and time management skills
Ability to work on own initiate and as part of a team
Flexibility with working hours and weekends in December
Desirable:**
Design/Creative/Writing experience OR Accountancy/Spreadsheets familiarity
Video Editing Skills
AI knowledge - Claude, Codex
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento
Experience in a customer oriented environment
