Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload goods efficiently, often involving heavy lifting and manual handling in warehouse settings
- Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs, receipts, and delivery confirmations
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate pickup and drop-off schedules for smooth operations
- Follow all company policies related to driving, safety, and delivery procedures to ensure compliance at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role, with a strong focus on customer service
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s license or equivalent commercial driving license (CDL) preferred
- Experience in commercial driving and familiarity with local traffic regulations
- Warehouse experience is a plus, especially involving heavy lifting or manual handling of goods
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and route planning

Pay: £101.68-£222.72 per day
