We are currently looking for an experienced Night Baker to join The Italian Bakery Team in our bakery unit in Swanage.
We are a growing group of unique, award-winning Italian restaurant, gastro pubs, café and bakery, based in Dorset, delivering high quality, fresh food and exceptional service to our guests.
Previous experience as a Baker is essential and you would be responsible for:
- Helping to develop new items
- Daily baking for the bakery, restaurants and bakehouse
- Supporting with pastry
- Supporting wholesale duties
