Multi Skilled Plumber

We can now offer the opportunity for a Skilled Plumber to join our Expanding Project works team, based in Hereford. You will be mainly working on our ongoing MOD property upgrade works program, which can be a Part or Full refurbishment of vacant domestic properties of as well as participating in other varied commercial projects.
Further training is available to the right candidate to progress into a Domestic Heating Engineers role with subsequent wage enhancement on attainment of relevant gas qualifications.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience of fitting new bathrooms / kitchens and making alternations to existing bathrooms / kitchens.
- Proven experience undertaking various plumbing tasks within domestic properties including installation of Central heating system pipework.
- Unvented Hot Water cylinder installation qualifications are advantageous but not essential. We are happy to put the right candidates through training courses
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience working in a team and independently without supervision.
- An outstanding work ethic and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision and on time to keep with the program.
Driving licence required.
CSCS card not necessary.
Package:
- Company van, fuel card, power tools, trade purchasing cards, mobile phone and uniform are all provided.
- 42.5 hours a week.
- Salary: £35,000 per annum.
