Job Summary
R F Gardiner Ltd (t/a Gardiners) are looking for a building maintenance operative to work from our Cheshire Depot, based in Winsford, primarily working for Scottish Power on their substations throughout the North West
The work involves a range of building activities including fitting aluminium and timber doors and frames, fitting steel security doors, carpentry and joinery.
The successful applicant requires a full, clean driving licence, willing to drive to undertake the role, proven experience of general building maintenance (interior and exterior), an eye for detail, strong organisational skills and skilled in the use and maintenance of hand and power tools
Candidates will be expected to complete and pass Scottish Power safety tests prior to employment
Must also possess CSCS Green Labourer Card or above
