This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a busy HR environment, is well organised and can actively prioritise multiple tasks. Ideally, the successful candidate will have entry level/administrative experience of working in an HR function, ideally hold CIPD level 3 certificate in HR practice and must have excellent administrative, IT and communication skills.
A key part of this role includes updating establishment and employment related data, interrogating our HR database for a wide range reports and using the full range of Microsoft office products (particularly word, excel and power point) to extract and manipulate data in response to internal and external queries. This must be carried out on a regular basis and sometimes at short notice.
Attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure is therefore essential along with the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive records.
This varied and interesting role works alongside another full time HR Data and Administration Officer and also supports our HR Advisers and HR Service Partners with all manner of HR administration, including recruitment, workforce planning, attendance management, grievances, discipline and performance management.
