WMG is seeking a talented and highly motivated Research Fellow to advance our research in data science and machine learning, with a specific focus on materials informatics and engineering applications. This role is central to developing robust methods for the collection, handling, and manipulation of complex, multimodal datasets. The successful candidate will drive the creation of innovative AI solutions that bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable, real-world engineering challenges, ensuring that data-driven models remain grounded in physical principles.
The role holder will lead the design and implementation of advanced deep learning architectures,
to deliver accurate representations of materials properties for use with sophisticated AI models. You will be expected to engineer detailed data pipelines capable of processing information from diverse sensor sources, providing the foundation for reliable and transferable AI models.
