About the Role
We are looking for kind, reliable, and compassionate Home Care Aides to join our expanding team. Whether you’re experienced or completely new to care, if you have a genuine desire to help others and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you.You will be supporting elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes across Sleaford and the surrounding areas, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Help with meal preparation, cooking, and domestic tasks
- Support clients with daily living activities and mobility
- Build trusting and meaningful relationships with clients
- Observe and report any changes in health or wellbeing to the Care Manager
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For

- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undergo a DBS background check
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided.

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
