About the Role
The Converters Home Improvement Group is expanding rapidly across Scotland, delivering high-quality home improvement solutions including conservatory conversions, garage conversions, and windows & doors. We are looking for experienced Window Installer to join our growing installations team. Our brands within our group are:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled window installer to be part of a trusted and ambitious company with a strong pipeline of projects and repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors to a high professional standard.
- Carry out removals and replacements with care and attention to detail.
- Work on residential properties across Scotland, ensuring excellent customer service on-site.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and compliant working environment.
- Work as part of a team or independently depending on project requirements.
- Report back to the Operations Manager to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification.
About You
- Proven experience in window and door fitting.
- Knowledge of glazing, sealing, and finishing techniques.
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in Fenestration Installation (desirable)
- Driving licence desired
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
