Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract End Date: 1 April 2027 with potential for extension subject to continued funding.
Pay: 2 sessions a week £21,879 per annum with national insurance and pension on top.
Benefits: NHS Pension Scheme, 7 weeks per rota annual leave for part time employees.
Working Hours
Every Wednesday at Thorpe Surgery
- 9:00am – 12:00pm: Patient consultations
- 12:00am – 12:30pm: Administrative duties
Every Thursday at Central Surgery
- 9:00am – 12:00pm: Patient consultations
- 12:00am – 12:30pm: Administrative duties
Total contracted hours: 7 hours per week
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Be a fully qualified and GMC-registered doctor
- Hold the appropriate qualifications and right to work in the UK
- Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and sound clinical judgement
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Be organised, reliable, and compassionate
