We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our service and ensure full compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Register with the CQC and maintain regulatory compliance
● Oversee daily operations of the domiciliary care service
● Recruit, train, and supervise care staff
● Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care delivery
● Conduct care plan reviews, risk assessments, and audits
● Manage safeguarding issues, complaints, and incidents
● Build relationships with clients, families, and professionals
● Participate in the on-call rota as required
● Support service improvement and business growth
Essential Requirements
● Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
● Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation
● Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
● Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
● Right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
● Experience achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
● Familiarity with care management software
● Experience managing budgets and KPIs
