What You'll Be Doing
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and food preparation areas
Wash and store crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen equipment
Assist with deliveries and the safe storage of stock and supplies
Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks where required
Dispose of waste safely and maintain recycling procedures
Ensure cleaning schedules are completed accurately and consistently
Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
Help maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support service delivery
What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
Positive and reliable approach to work
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and proactive attitude
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
