Semper Security UK Ltd is looking to recruit professional, reliable and motivated SIA Response Stewards to strengthen our stadium operations team.
We are primarily looking for individuals to join our team throughout the football season, providing regular matchday opportunities within a professional stadium environment. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and respected stadium operations team, with additional opportunities available across our wider events calendar throughout the year.

Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, approachable and highly visible security presence.
- Respond promptly to incidents and requests for assistance.
- Support the safety and security of spectators, staff and players.
- Manage restricted access areas and maintain secure perimeters.
- Conduct security screening and searches where required.
- Work closely with supervisors, safety teams, emergency services and stadium management.
- Monitor spectator behaviour and assist with crowd management.
- Accurately complete incident reports and relevant documentation.
- Maintain a calm and professional approach in high-pressure situations.
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate.
- ACT Awareness Certificate.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
- Professional, approachable and customer focused.
- Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Preferred
- Level 2 Spectator Safety Qualification.
- Previous stadium or sports venue experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
