Flower Pots Day Nursery is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity - Unit Manager of our Over 2's rooms.
This role is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow your childcare career with additional training and promotion opportunities. Level 6 is desirable.
Duties:
- Overseeing two rooms (Toddlers and Preschool)
- DSL responsibility
- Ensure the smooth running of the nursery, following all of the company policies and procedures.
- Ensure best practice within all rooms
- Implement and adhere to EYFS across the unit.
- Manage two rooms including room leaders.
- Maintain ratios at all times. observing and recording the children’s development.
- Maintain and safe and welcoming environment.
- Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents and staff within the settings.
- Leading the team within your room to ensure best practice.
- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
