Gateman / Banksman – Early September Start

Start Date: Early September
Pay: £19.00 per hour CIS
Hours: 8-hour days, starting at 7:30am
Duration: 2 weeks cover work
Job Description
Caval are currently looking for an experienced Gateman / Banksman to join a site in Wetherby, starting in early September.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of key holder, gateman, banksman and general labouring duties, including:
- Acting as a key holder
- Accepting and managing site deliveries
- Assisting pedestrians and drivers entering and leaving site
- Controlling site access and letting people in and out
- Giving directions to visitors and drivers
- General labouring duties
- Lifting and shifting materials
- Keeping the site clean and tidy
Requirements
- NPORS or CPCS Banksman ticket
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in a similar gateman/banksman role
- Full orange PPE
- Reliable and professional approach
- Available to start in early September
