Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSCS Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety on construction sites and commercial premises. Your efforts will ensure environments are hygienic, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards, contributing to smooth project progress and a positive working environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, commercial buildings, and designated areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of site facilities as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to site management promptly
- Use CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) guidelines to ensure compliance with site safety requirements
- Support team members in achieving daily cleaning targets efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies used in professional environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
