Job Summary
Constantia Sittingbourne has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Print Assistant.
Working alongside our Print Operators, you will play a key role in supporting the print production process by:
- Assisting with print machine set-up and preparation
- Ensuring the availability of tooling, inks, and materials at press
- Supporting efficient production and maintaining high quality standards
- Helping to keep the work area organised, safe, and production-ready

Career Development
This role offers a clear progression pathway. Through training and development, the successful candidate will be expected to grow into a Print Operator position over time.
Working Pattern
- Rotating 3-shift pattern
- Candidates must be able to reliably travel to our Sittingbourne site for all shifts
- Therefore a full UK driving licence is required
Salary
£29,000 - £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
- Must hold UK driving license
- Experience in Manufacturing preferred but not essential
- Right to Work in the UK
- Ability to work rotating shift inclusive of night shift
- Rotating Shifts – 6-2, 2-10 and 10-6
