Trust-Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a welcoming retirement housing service supporting older adults, including individuals living with dementia. What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality personal care and daily living support.
- Supporting older adults to live as independently as possible.
- Supporting individuals living with dementia with compassion and respect.
- Safely administering medication.
- Promoting dignity, choice, wellbeing and independence at all times.
- Completing accurate care records using the Birdie care system.
- Working closely with colleagues, residents, families and healthcare professionals to provide outstanding care.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant in elderly care, residential care or retirement housing.
- Experience and confidence administering medication.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- A caring, reliable and professional approach.
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work a rota including early, late and weekend shifts.
- PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to join if required).
- Willingness to attend an informal meet-and-greet before starting.
