Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring blinds, curtains, tracks and associated products across various projects nationwide. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying techniques and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Duties
- Conduct surveys to determine the accurate manufacturing dimensions of all products.
- Prepare detailed reports based on site conditions.
- Collaborate with on site project construction team, and internal project management team.
- Perform site inspections and assessments to verify survey accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted and log correct detailed using the field based systems.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding survey-related matters.
- Carry out minor and ad-hoc installation and snagging work where required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in surveying, with a strong understanding of window blind and curtain products being an advantage.
- Comfortable with using phone and tablet applications for recording information.
- Experience reading and understanding construction floor plan details.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with installing window blind and curtain products being an advantage.
- A valid driving licence is a requirement for site visits.
