Set in the old Terry's building on St Helens Square, we are looking to expand the current team with talented Chefs.
We focus on British cooking using international ingredients with international influences, focusing on Asian, Mexican, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. We offer a la carte menus and have a busy breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea trade.
We currently have Impossible Wonderbar and Tearoom, with development underway for Impossible Pink, an 18 bedroom boutique hotel, provide dining and rooftop terraces coming this summer.
We are a fresh food site in a great location, so a fresh food and a high volume background is desirable. We are paying competitive rates and the tips will top this up nicely. We believe strongly in a work-life balance so we can offer flexible working hours if required.
Level 2 Food Safety is preferred although we can provide this if needed. You must be eligible to work in the UK. Due to the immediate start dates required we will only be taking local applications forward.
