What you'll be doing

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding the marketing team in all areas of digital marketing. You will collaborate closely with team members and clients, ensuring client satisfaction is always prioritised. You will bring your expertise in SEO and digital marketing strategies to help develop and implement innovative solutions that deliver measurable results for our clients.

Lead and support the marketing team in day-to-day activities across all digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on SEO.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ensure campaigns are aligned with their business objectives.
Drive the continuous improvement of SEO strategies to maximise organic search rankings and website performance.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and the development of best practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring Chameleon stays ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
Work with the wider Chameleon team to contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
Take client and internal team meetings.

Required Skills

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of other digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both clients and team members.
A team player with a proactive, results-driven approach and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to be able to hold meetings with clients and internal team.
Analytical mindset, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
