Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead technology projects, facilitate Agile delivery, and ensure successful collaboration across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong project management, Agile, and stakeholder management skills.
What you'll do:
- Lead technical projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Remove delivery obstacles and promote continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Ensure projects align with business and technical objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical project management, Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
