Line Chef: 30-35 hours/week
Location: Hoiana, Holbeck, Leeds (LS11 5WH)
Pay: From £13-£16 per hour (Including tips)
Availability: Must be available on weekends
About Us:
Hoiana is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant located near Leeds Train Station. We’re passionate about delivering fresh, tasty flavours and a warm, welcoming dining experience. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes to a high standard
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Support team members and contribute to smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook
- Ability to work weekends and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
