We are looking for a part time qualified Early Year Educator to work in our pre-school with children from 2 - 4 years old. Hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.00 pm.
Required qualifications;
- Minimum approved level 2 qualification in children's care and education
Experience preferred;
- Minimum 2 years experience working with children between 2 and 4 years old.
- Paediatric first aid certificate
**This position is subject to enhanced DBS clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and development.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood education and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including Paediatric First Aid protocols.
