As a supervisor, you play a key role in optimising sales and leading a high-performing team in a busy supermarket. Pak Foods is currently looking for Supervisors (Retail) to work at its Nottingham and Derby branches.
Job Role & Duties: for providing
- Supervise and coordinate store activities.
- Manage and supervise the sales team and manage their work schedules, including determining and recommending staff needs to meet sales targets.
- To provide outstanding Customer Service
- Training team members, giving regular feedback to drive performance
- Reporting of feedback, queries, and discrepancies promptly
- Manage Refunds and Exchanges
- Liaising and following instructions from senior management
- Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers
- Liaises with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems.
- Reports as required to managerial staff on operational and sales activities and recommendations.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
