Functional Assessor
Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Hours: 37.5 / 30 / 22.5 hour contracts - 7.5 hours per day
Working patterns between 8am and 8pm – Able to agree your actual working hours after training.
Salary: Full time Basic full time starting salary of £39,500 increasing to £40,500 on achieving approval with 10% Monthly performance bonus, OTE £44,550

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments.
· Write clear, evidence-based reports (3,000–4,000 words), up to a max of 3 per day.
· Provide detailed justifications to support DWP decisions.
Essential Criteria:
- One year's post-registration experience as a Nurse,Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist.
- Fully registered with NMC or HCPC
- Based in NI, Wales or the Midlands of the UK
