Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to become a key member of our team. The ideal candidate will bring both professional expertise and a genuine love for working with children, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, engage, and care for children in a safe, nurturing, and professional manner.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and development.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment for play and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing feedback and updates on their child’s progress.
- Promote positive behaviour management using effective leadership and guidance.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.
- Support children’s daily routines including mealtimes, naps, and hygiene practices.
- Drive children to activities or appointments as required (valid driving licence essential).
What We’re Looking For
Qualified childcare professional with proven experience in early years or nursery settings.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous nursery/childcare experience highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow.
- Ability to create a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic childcare setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
