With seven locations across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, and London, Heidi is growing—and we are looking for a sophisticated hospitality professional to join our Windsor flagship team.
The Role
As a core member of our Front of House team, you aren't just taking orders; you are an ambassador for our brand. You will:
- Orchestrate the Guest Experience: Deliver seamless, high-volume service with a refined and welcoming touch.
- Uphold Artisanal Standards: Ensure our food and coffee are presented to the "Heidi Standard"—beautiful, precise, and consistent.
- Collaborate with the Makers: Work in tandem with our expert pastry chefs and kitchen team to bridge the gap between the oven and the customer.
- Maintain an Elite Environment: Champion a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing space that reflects our premium brand values.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who treats hospitality as a career, not just a job.
- Technical Expertise: You have at least 1 year of Barista experience and a deep understanding of specialty coffee (2+ years preferred).
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- The "Heidi" Disposition: You possess a naturally cheerful, professional demeanour and a flexible, "solution-first" attitude.
- Commitment: Availability to work a dynamic full-time schedule, including weekends.
- Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship at this time).
