We’re looking for a creative, tech‑confident Digital Resource Assistant to help drive the use of digital learning platforms and immersive technologies across the College. If you enjoy supporting others, developing engaging digital resources and working with tools like the VLE, Microsoft Teams, immersive rooms and VR, this role offers plenty of variety and impact.
You’ll help staff build their digital confidence through hands‑on training, coaching and practical support, ensuring digital approaches enhance teaching, learning and assessment. You’ll also design and quality‑assure accessible eLearning materials that support learner progress and reflect best practice in FE.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll organise and support the operation of our digital platforms and immersive technologies, produce usage analytics, create clear support documentation, and guide staff in using these tools effectively. You’ll work closely with the digital and excellence coach team, contributing to innovative eLearning developments and maintaining a strong commitment to your own professional growth.
If you’re passionate about improving digital learning, enjoy helping others succeed, and want to be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
